“Parking Pirat” 
Everywhere in Berlin’s downtown you can see such high-tech bikes. German Rail (Deutsche Bahn) offers a unusual service: Call a Bike. The concept is simple: just call a number that stays on the bike, get a code and unlock the bike with this code. After the journey just lock the bike again.
